Clinical Supervision

Cultivating confident, compassionate, and culturally aware clinicians.

Clinical supervision is more than a requirement—it’s a transformative journey that shapes who you are as a helping professional. As a Florida Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and National Certified Counselor, I offer supervision that nurtures both personal and professional growth in a space of safety, empowerment, and mutual respect.

“Growth doesn’t happen by accident—it happens when we feel seen, supported, and challenged to rise into our fullest potential.”

Who I Supervise

Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns (RMHCI) in the state of Florida

Graduate counseling students during practicum and internship

Early-career clinicians refining their clinical skills and identity

I especially enjoy working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and first-generation professionals—those who are often blazing a path for others while navigating the challenges of clinical development and systemic barriers.

What You Can Expect

Supervision with me is collaborative, affirming, and growth-oriented. This is your space to ask bold questions, reflect deeply, and develop the skills and confidence you need to thrive.

You’ll receive support with:

  • Case conceptualization and diagnostic clarity
  • Ethical decision-making and cultural responsiveness
  • Countertransference, imposter syndrome, and identity integration
  • Clinical documentation, treatment planning, and professional boundaries
  • Licensing prep, job search guidance, and career development

Your clinical journey should reflect your voice, values, and vision—and I’ll be right there to support that process.

Approach & Framework

My supervision is grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered, and systemic practices.

Modalities I draw from include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Narrative Therapy & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Strengths-based and culturally responsive frameworks
  • Identity-affirming and anti-oppressive approaches

You’ll be encouraged to discover what aligns with your authentic clinical style.

Format & Availability

Supervision is available:

  • One-on-one or in small group settings
  • Virtually and in-person (as scheduling and location allow)
